Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

Our apps are designed for casual play. We do not require users to create a real-name account. Planet10 and PlanetPop! may create a random, app-scoped player identifier and record install and session timestamps, app and platform versions, language, acquisition source or campaign, game mode, gameplay events, scores, round outcomes, progress, inventory, card and ticket activity, settings interactions, experiment assignment, and advertising opportunity, delivery, impression, click, revenue, and diagnostic events. If a user chooses a public ranking nickname, the apps may send that nickname with the user's score, game mode, app-scoped ranking identifier, and timestamp.

PlanetPop! may also record rewarded-ad outcomes, limited Firebase Analytics conversion events, Apple StoreKit product and transaction identifiers, purchase status, and storefront country needed to present or fulfill purchases and initialize the appropriate app language. We do not receive full payment-card details. We do not ask the first-party research telemetry system to collect a name, email address, contacts, precise location, free-form text, or a cross-app advertising identifier.

Android Purchases and Google Sign-In

PlanetPop! on Android uses Google Sign-In when you buy or restore Google Play purchases. Our purchase service validates Google's identity token and uses a hashed Google account identifier to associate purchases with their owner. During internal testing, a verified email address is checked against the tester list. Identity tokens are held temporarily in app memory and are not stored in the purchase ledger.

We send purchase tokens to the Google Play Developer API to verify payment and ownership. Our server records hashed purchase tokens, product and order identifiers, the hashed account identifier, an app-installation identifier, granted items, and delivery or revocation timestamps to fulfill purchases and prevent duplicate grants. Google handles payment details; we do not receive full payment-card details. These purchase records are separate from research telemetry. Permanent purchases can be restored using the original buying account; consumed currency and items are stored on the device and are not a cloud backup. You can contact the address below for access or deletion requests; records needed to prevent fraud or meet legal obligations may be retained.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate and secure the game, preserve progress, provide rankings, diagnose failures, measure advertising, and conduct academic research about the timing of non-rewarded interstitial ads and gameplay. Research assignment never unlocks, rewards, or restricts gameplay.

Research and Advertising Experiments

Current versions of Planet10 and PlanetPop! may automatically use pseudonymous first-party gameplay, experiment-assignment, and advertising-event records to operate the apps, diagnose reliability, and evaluate disclosed randomized advertising schedules. The apps do not present a separate optional research-enrollment flow. Research records do not include a real name, email address, contacts, precise location, or a cross-app advertising identifier. Users may stop using or uninstall an app at any time and may contact us with the app-scoped player identifier to request deletion of identifiable records.

Gameplay, Rankings, and Local Data

The apps may store progress, item counts, settings, high scores, assignment state, purchase-fulfillment records, and unsent event records on your device. Optional play-reminder settings are also stored on the device. A user who chooses a public nickname may send that nickname, score, mode, app-scoped ranking identifier, and timestamp to our ranking service. Do not use a real name or other identifying information as a nickname.

Ads, ATT, and Consent Options

Planet10 may show a non-rewarded interstitial after a completed round. PlanetPop! may show a non-rewarded interstitial after a completed round and may offer optional rewarded ads. Apple App Tracking Transparency permission is optional, and denying it does not limit the game. Where required, Google User Messaging Platform presents advertising-consent choices and makes privacy options available again from Settings. When tracking permission is not granted, the app requests non-personalized ads. Google AdMob and Apple may process device, advertising, approximate-region, and diagnostic data under their own policies.

Service Providers, Retention, and Security

We may use Apple, Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform, hosting, ranking, analytics, purchase-verification, and diagnostic providers. PlanetPop! also uses Firebase Analytics for limited conversion measurement. Data is encrypted in transit. We retain pseudonymous records only as long as reasonably needed to operate the services, protect experiment and ranking integrity, complete disclosed research analyses, and meet legal obligations. We aggregate or de-identify records when practical.

Your Choices

Both apps provide a direct Privacy Policy link and Google advertising privacy options when required. Device-level ATT and notification permissions can be changed in iOS Settings, and rewarded ads in PlanetPop! are optional. You may also contact us to ask about access or deletion. Because no real-name account is required, include the app-scoped identifier shown by the app when available.

Children's Privacy

Our apps are intended for a general audience and are not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect directly identifying information from children through first-party research telemetry. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can review and remove it when appropriate.

PlanetPop!은 보상형 광고 결과, Apple 인앱 구매 처리 정보, 스토어 국가 및 제한적인 Firebase 전환 이벤트를 추가로 처리할 수 있으며, 결제 카드 전체 정보는 수신하지 않습니다. 선택한 랭킹 닉네임은 점수와 함께 공개될 수 있으므로 실명을 사용하지 마세요. 광고 제공에는 Apple ATT와 Google AdMob/UMP가 사용될 수 있으며 관련 선택은 iOS 및 앱 설정에서 변경할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 언제든 앱 사용을 중단하거나 삭제할 수 있으며, 앱 전용 식별자를 함께 제공하여 데이터 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

Android에서 PlanetPop! 구매 및 영구 패스 복원에는 Google 로그인이 사용됩니다. 구매 서버는 Google 인증 토큰을 검증하고 해시 처리한 계정 식별자로 구매자를 구분합니다. 내부 테스트에서는 인증된 이메일을 테스트 허용 목록과 비교합니다. 구매 토큰은 Google Play API로 검증하며, 서버에는 해시 처리한 구매 토큰과 계정 식별자, 상품·주문·설치 식별자, 지급 내용 및 지급·취소 시각을 기록하여 중복 지급을 방지합니다. 이 기록은 연구 이벤트와 별도로 관리하며, 인증 토큰은 구매 원장에 저장하지 않습니다. 영구 구매는 원래 구매 계정으로 복원할 수 있지만, 소모한 별조각과 아이템의 기기 내 잔액은 클라우드에 백업되지 않습니다. 위 연락처로 열람·삭제를 요청할 수 있으며, 부정 이용 방지 또는 법적 의무에 필요한 기록은 보관될 수 있습니다.
